  •  Not at all! Our PTs work with all levels — we tailor sessions to your current ability and goals.

  •  You’ll get a free consultation and 2 PT sessions, including goal setting, a movement assessment, and hands-on training.

  •  Yes — we’ll match you based on your goals, preferred style, and personality fit.

  •  No. You can start PT without a membership. Ongoing options can include gym access if needed.

  • Fat loss, strength, muscle gain, confidence, rehab, postnatal fitness, and event prep (e.g. HYROX).

  • Most clients train 1–2 times a week with their PT and supplement with classes or open gym.

  • You’ll meet with our Head of PT for a gym tour and custom plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

  • No worries — our PTs can adapt programs to work around injuries and consult with your healthcare provider if needed.
