What we offer:
Locals Gym is a group training gym. We offer a mix of strength and conditioning sessions that run for 45 minutes and are led by one of our experienced trainers.
Our coaches will be there throughout the entire session to help you. We cater to all levels of fitness and all movements can be modified to accomodate any precautions or injuries.
All our programs are written by our directors. Not only do they write the sessions, they do them. Our training is known for making you fit, fast. Be ready to push yourself, get stronger and sweat!
We also offer personal training if you prefer to train 1 on 1. Our trainers are extremely friendly and will work hard to help you achieve your fitness goals.
