Train with us to prepare for your upcoming Hyrox! We offer Hyrox specific group training sessions or 1 on 1 coaching with one of our Hyrox Champions.

Trainers, Mitch & Ryan, came 1st place overall in the 2024 Brisbane Open Doubles Hyrox and 2nd place overall in the 2025 Sydney Pro Doubles Hyrox.

In Ryan’s first Hyrox, he competed solo, with a finishing time of 1:01:17. He placed 3rd in his age group and 6th overall in the men’s open division.
